The food is themed according to the schedule, so whether it's breakfast, lunch or dinner, the service is always a success. And that's not all, the Mocktails of the title will take you on a light excursion into the tasty world of mocktails. Like a yoga class, a Mocktail "class" is all about working together, learning something new and above all having fun, under the guidance of a professional, of course.
 
Did we mention that the M in the word Mocktails can also be changed to a C, adding an even more relaxed touch to your team day or client event? And you can always do yoga a little later:) You can also extend your event with a lecture from an industry expert, for example. 
 
Of course, it's also suitable for groups of friends ;)

Event facilities

Tapahtuu.com operates where you are, but our physical premises are in the Hermann industrial estate at Hämeentie 103 Helsinki. You can easily reach us by public transport, car or bus.

Our premises are available for rent for meetings, parties or a fun cocktail school so that we can accommodate all kinds of events.

We can accommodate up to 80 people at the same time.

The catering for your event or party is also planned, as we work under one roof with our catering partner, Catering Ceidas. What better way to spend an evening than enjoying good food and cocktails in an industrial yet elegant setting?

All you have to do is turn up with your guests and enjoy your event, we'll take care of the rest. We work with a wide range of event spaces (both large and small), so we're sure to find the right venue for you.

Event production

We also do full-scale events where the flavours, service, performers and everything else you need are under our control and responsibility, so why not take everything from us? Easier communication and you know who you're working with.

Bar services

Both our bar and we move where you are. Whether you're looking for an elegant cocktail bar for your big event or an energetic mocktail bar for your breakfast, we're the place to go.

Whatever the occasion and if you need a professional touch with top-notch service, our bar service is the solution.

Cocktail school

Cocktail schools are suitable for all adults. Learning new things, having fun and, above all, doing things together are at the heart of the concept. On top of that, you get top industry experts to spend a great experience with you, without forgetting the good stuff, in a relaxed but professional way.

Cocktail schools are fully customisable to your wishes, but we have a range of ready-made and highly proven concepts just for you. 

We don't shy away from group size, but our minimum billing policy is ten people per group. 

These spectacular spectacles can be held at our own premises or we can come to you wherever you are. The cocktail school also works very well as an element of the event and show.

The duration of this immersive event is approximately two hours.

Catering services

If everything else is in place for your event, but your food and service are still open, we're happy to take care of that too. Your event should always taste great.
